The Michelle & Barack Obama Sports Complex, previously named the Rancho Cienega Sports Complex, involved the construction of a 49,000-square foot sports facility to replace the community's existing, aging structures. The new facility includes a new indoor pool, gymnasium and support space, as well as an indoor elevated walking path that wraps around the interior of the building above the basketball court in the two-story gymnasium. Our scope of work also included the rehabilitation of the existing tennis building. Site improvements involved landscaping, infrastructure and parking lot improvements to the southern portion of the project.
